Waking up feeling sluggish can be a sign of many things. It can be a sign that you did not sleep well, it can be a sign that you are getting sick, and it can be a sign that you may need more sleep. Here are a few ways to wake up feeling fresh and rejuvenated.
  1. Make sure you are sleeping on a good mattress

Sleeping on a bad mattress can not only have you waking up feeling sluggish, it can also have bad effects on your body. It is good to always get a new mattress every 5 to 10 years. Getting a new mattress can determine how much sleep you are able to get. Sleeping on a soft mattress can have you waking up feeling fresh and ready to go.

Eating healthy can make you feel energetic and healthy. If you eat healthy meals before bed you have a greater chance of waking up feeling fresh and energetic. Getting the proper proteins and nutrients can help one sleep better and can provide the nutrients needed to restore energy for the morning.
